Annabelle Gurwitch

Annabelle Gurwitch, an American comedic actress and television host is most well-known for her time as host of Dinner and a Movie. She has also been active in promoting environmental issues and humanism. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times Best-Seller author as well as a an internationally acclaimed actor, was The New York Times's Top-Seller Author of her memoirs Whatever You're Doing, Then I'm Sure That You Did An Effort Say Tomato You Say Fired I Say Shut up and fired. The show also featured the Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch was a presenter on TBS Dinner & a Movie will be remembered by viewers on television for her memorable appearances on Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown. In addition she was the host of the sustainability series WA$TED at The Planet Green Network. She has been a frequent guest in PBS Newhour Real Time With Bill Maher, NPR and writes op-eds and satires for the New York Times WSJ The Hollywood Reporter as well as op eds and satires for The New Yorker.
